By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from Japan.

    We offer both domestic and international shipping, subject to the limitations and conditions outlined below.

  • Domestic Shipping (Japan)

    We ship to all regions within Japan, including remote islands.

    International Shipping

    We ship to many countries worldwide; however, international shipping may not be available to all destinations due to customs restrictions, carrier limitations, or geopolitical constraints.

    If your country is not available at checkout or listed as restricted, we regret that we cannot currently service that location.

  • We partner with reliable national and international carriers including, but not limited to:

    • Domestic: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post

    • International: DHL, FedEx, EMS (Japan Post), UPS

    Shipping methods and available options (e.g., express, standard, economy) will be displayed at checkout. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and delivery conditions.

    • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

  • Domestic Shipping (Japan)

    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment

    International Shipping

    Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier

    Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or unforeseen delays

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery address

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Selected shipping method

    Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly indicated on the Website or applied automatically at checkout.

  • For international orders, the Customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee, and Rimeh Garden will not cover or reimburse such charges.

    Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in delivery delays, refusal, or return of the package. In such cases, any return shipping fees or losses shall be borne by the Customer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and carrier information will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

    If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

    • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages will be canceled and refunded minus shipping fees and return costs.

    • Re-delivery may require additional shipping fees.

    We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer error, carrier issues, customs delays, or force majeure events.

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

    • Orders shipped to freight forwarding services are at the Customer’s own risk. We are not liable for damage or loss once the package reaches the forwarding facility.

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

    If your package is lost or undelivered, contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

    • Carrier liability and compensation procedures vary by country and shipping method.

    • Refunds or replacements for lost items may only be issued after the carrier has completed a formal investigation.
