At Rimeh Garden, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return items in accordance with the terms outlined below.

This Return & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns, cancellations, and refund requests made in connection with purchases from Rimeh Garden via our website at [www.rimehgarden.com] (the “Website”).

  • Customers may request a return within ten (10) calendar days of the product's original shipment date. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery slip) must be included with the return shipment.

    • The item must have been purchased directly from the official Rimeh Garden Website.

    • The return must be initiated through the Company’s designated return portal or by contacting customer support through the inquiry form.

  • The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

    • Items marked as final sale, limited edition, or collaboration items

    • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

    • Products returned without prior authorization or outside the return window

    • Items missing original packaging or accessories

    • Items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers

    Note: The only exception to the above is if the item is found to be defective upon delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.

  • To initiate a return:

    1. Submit a Return Request via our return portal or inquiry form, including your order number and reason for return.

    2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.

    3. Carefully package the item along with the original delivery slip.

    4. Ship the item to the designated return address provided by the Company.

    Return shipping costs and risks (including loss or damage during transit) are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to the Company’s error.

  • If you receive a product that is defective or materially different from your order, please notify the Company within ten (10) days of receipt.

    • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence.

    • Report the issue via our return portal or contact form.

    • Upon verification, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, subject to product availability.

    • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by the Company.

    • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

    • Refunds will exclude any original shipping fees, COD (cash-on-delivery) fees, or handling charges, unless the return is due to the Company’s fault.

    • If a refund involves a bank transfer or COD purchase, any applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    • Refunds will only be issued to a bank account held in the name of the original purchaser (for COD payments).

    • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but generally take between 5–10 business days from the date the return is received and accepted.

  • Orders may be canceled upon request prior to shipment, but such requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the current fulfillment status.

    If the order has already been processed for shipment, the cancellation request may be denied.

    • In such cases, the Customer must proceed through the formal return process once the item is delivered.

  • If the Customer refuses to accept delivery or if the delivery is returned to the Company due to prolonged absence or incorrect address, the Company reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the transaction, and

    • Refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees and related handling charges)

  • The Company does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please complete a return as outlined above and place a separate order for the desired item.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the revised Policy.
